South East Network of Disabled People’s Organisations (SENDPO)

Supporting the voice of disabled people in the South East

A network of Disabled People’s Organisations has been established in the South East to increase the voice and role of Disabled People and their organisations in promoting all aspects of independent living. SENDPO is now looking to recruit a key individual to drive the network forward. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring appropriate representation of SENDPO and shaping its development by carrying out projects, preparing responses to national policy proposals and consultations, developing a business plan for growing and sustaining the network and preparing bids for funding.

We are looking for an energetic, committed and experienced individual who can work with members of the network and successfully engage with senior managers in local authorities and with other stakeholders.
